I was impressed with everything from arrival to departure. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Mohammed Al-Fares and Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Subaie from the reception team for their prompt, professional, and smooth handling of the check-in and check-out process, all delivered with warm hospitality and respect. I would also like to thank the coffee shop team, particularly Mr. Kamal from the Philippines. And I cannot forget the Sudanese gentleman managing the parking area in the basement—he was truly wonderful in every sense of the word.

My stay at the property was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the incredible support and welcoming attitude of Miss Khalood and the rest of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality, which immediately made me feel at home. Miss Khalood went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay, providing assistance with everything from dining recommendations to arranging transportation. Haifa's ensured seamless operations and upheld high standards, while Mr. Mohamed Reda's dedication and friendly demeanor made my stay enjoyable. Mohamed Abdullah's exceptional service also contributed to a memorable experience. With impeccable amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this establishment.

Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. What I liked most two things: 1) Taking care of details to make guests stay comfortable 2) Comfortable desk and ergonomic chair 3) Comfortable bed.

The room is super clean, the breakfast is amazing with a great staff to serve you there.

The Location is great and the rooms are quite spacious. Housekeeping staff does a great job in keeping the rooms.. Mr.Mohammed Al Shammari at the front office is one of the nicest and most hospitable people ive met. He has solutions to all your problems and is genuinely helpful.
